The Fetco CBS-62H (C62066) 6000 Series Coffee Brewer is an advanced, dual-capacity unit engineered for high-volume coffee service environments. With a twin 3.0-gallon capacity, this automatic coffee brewer is designed to efficiently handle large-scale brewing demands, catering to cafes, restaurants, and catering operations. Equipped with a gravity flow dispense tube system, it ensures smooth and consistent pouring, while the gourmet coffee brew basket locks securely during the brew cycle, maintaining optimal brewing conditions. The brewer is powered by six 4.0kW heaters, offering a robust energy input with a voltage range of 120/208-240v and a 3-phase, 4+G wiring system. This configuration supports a maximum amp draw of 50.7 to 58.5 amps and a power output of 18.1 to 24.1kW, making it suitable for heavy-duty use. Additionally, it features a hot water service, enhancing its utility for diverse beverage preparation needs. The Fetco CBS-62H can produce 45.0 to 54.0 gallons per hour, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic areas. It requires a terminal block for connection and is fully compliant with UL, cUL, and NSF standards. Note that it is designed for use with the FETCO TPD-30, sold separately.
