It features an on/off switch and a low temperature/no brew option, ensuring precise brewing conditions. The gourmet coffee brew basket and large spray pan assembly contribute to the production of high-quality coffee. Equipped with a rinse cycle and tank drain for easy maintenance, this unit operates on a 120/208-240v, 3-phase power supply with 4+G wires. The brewer utilizes three powerful 10.0kW heaters, boasting a maximum amp draw of 63.2 - 72.9 and an energy consumption of 22.8 - 30.1kW.
