This mobile cart model stands out with its automatic operation and a convenient on/off switch, ensuring ease of use. It features a low temperature/no brew setting, ensuring that coffee is brewed at the perfect temperature for gourmet results. The large spray pan assembly and gourmet coffee brew basket enhance the brewing process, offering an exceptional coffee experience. Equipped with a rinse cycle and tank drain, this unit ensures easy maintenance and cleanliness. The brewer houses two 3 x 5.0kW heaters with power management, operating on 120/208-240 volts and requiring 3-phase, 4+G wires.
