The Fetco CBS-72AC (C72028) 7000 Series Coffee Brewer is a high-performance brewing solution designed for high-volume coffee demands. With its twin 6.0-gallon capacity and mobile cart functionality, it is ideal for bustling cafes, catering services, and large events. This automatic brewer features an on/off switch and a low temperature/no brew setting, ensuring optimal brewing conditions. The gourmet coffee brew basket and large spray pan assembly contribute to an even and efficient extraction process. A rinse cycle and tank drain facilitate easy maintenance and cleaning. Equipped with two 3 x 5.0kW heaters, the brewer operates without power management, drawing a maximum current of 63.8 - 73.6 amps and delivering 23.0 - 30.2kW power at 120/208-240v, 3-ph, 4+G wires. It is capable of producing 36.0 - 42.0 gallons per hour, making it a powerful asset for high-demand environments.
