Featuring a gravity flow dispense tube system, this brewer ensures efficient delivery of freshly brewed coffee while maintaining quality with its gourmet coffee brew basket that locks during the brewing cycle. Designed for demanding settings, it utilizes 3 x 4.0 kW heaters powered by a 380-400v, 3-phase electrical system with 3+G wires, drawing a maximum of 11.7 - 12.3 amps and offering a total power output of 7.7 - 8.5 kW. The brewer is capable of producing up to 15.0 gallons per hour, making it ideal for high-volume settings. Providing additional utility, it features hot water service and is compatible with accessories such as D449, D452, or D009 (sold separately).
