This twin coffee brewer boasts a 2-gallon capacity per side, enabling efficient service during peak demand. Its automatic operation and gravity flow dispense tube system ensure seamless brewing and dispensing. The gourmet coffee brew basket is designed with a locking mechanism during the brew cycle, maintaining safety and quality. With hot water service included, this brewer is versatile for various beverage requirements. It is powered by three 4.0kW heaters, operating at 380-400 volts, 3-phase, with 3+G wires, drawing a maximum of 11.7 to 12.3 amps, and consuming between 7.7 to 8.5kW. The terminal block design facilitates easy wiring connections. Capable of producing 18.0 gallons per hour, it meets high-volume needs efficiently. Certified by UL, cUL, and NSF, it adheres to industry standards for safety and sanitation. For optimized performance, it is recommended to use this brewer with FETCO D452 or D453, which are sold separately.
