This table features a central holding/warming induction unit, which incorporates SmartScan® technology for precision. It offers an extensive range of 20 temperature settings, from 90°F to 440°F, with the display available in both °F and °C. The induction unit is equipped with an LED power/temp display, a knob-set thermostat control, and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel, complete with an on/off touchpad and indicator light. For safety and reliability, it includes over/under voltage protection. The table itself boasts a sophisticated wood veneer with a Trend glass/stone countertop, complemented by straight corner supports and reinforced with four fixed corner bumpers. The open cabinet design, featuring a bottom shelf, provides additional storage. This induction table is mounted on 5" grey wheels for easy mobility. It operates on a 110-120v/60/1-ph electrical system, consuming 650 watts and 15 amps, and is compatible with NEMA 5-15P outlets.
