Additionally, it features a 12-inch griddle with a 5/8-inch thick smooth steel plate, offering a durable and reliable surface for a variety of cooking techniques. The manual hi/lo valve control ensures precise heat management across the burners and griddle. Constructed with cast iron top and ring grates, the range ensures durability and consistent performance. Safety is prioritized with the flame failure system, preventing gas leaks by automatically shutting off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished. The standard oven includes one rack with three position rack guides, accommodating various cooking needs. Its stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and 10-inch low profile back guard enhance both durability and ease of cleaning.
