At the core of this station is an 18"W glasswasher equipped with built-in corner drain tables, capable of washing up to 720 glasses per hour, each with a maximum diameter of 2-1/2 inches and a height of 10 inches. The glasswasher features low-temperature chemical sanitizing, managed by an intelligent microprocessor control system for precise operations. Additional features include automatic chemical pumps, a digital temperature gauge, and a prime switch, all housed within a robust stainless steel construction. The station also includes two 16" diameter polypropylene racks and two protective curtains for optimal workflow. External chemical storage and removable top and side panels further enhance maintenance and usability. Standing on stainless steel legs with adjustable feet, it is powered by a 1/6 HP water pump and holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
