The machine is equipped with a Poly-V belt drive system and offers two operational speeds and two stroke lengths, providing versatility to meet various slicing demands. An LCD display facilitates easy operation, while a top-mounted removable sharpener ensures the blade remains sharp for consistent performance. Safety and convenience are enhanced by a knife cover interlock and an interlocked tilting carriage, which can accommodate products up to 13-3/4"H x 8" dia. x 11"W. The slicer's seamless anodized aluminum base and no voltage release feature contribute to its durability and user safety. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 2.5 amps, it comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, the slicer is proudly made in the USA and replaces models 3850N/3975N, with an option to replace 3975NF for frozen products.
