The Grindmaster Cecilware SDC2V Stella Di Caffe Espresso Machine 2 Group Automatic is a high-profile espresso machine designed for efficiency and precision in commercial settings. It features a 3-position moveable grill, offering cup clearance of 3", 4", and 7", accommodating various cup sizes. This machine is powered by dual 1.65-liter coffee boilers and a large 8.9-liter steam boiler, ensuring consistent performance during peak operation hours. Two steam Glide Lever® wands and an Easylock Portafilter® with a 6° inclined handle enhance usability. A central control LCD color touch screen provides seamless operation, along with auto night/day mode, auto-cleaning, a drinks counter, and a USB interface for straightforward management. Each group is controlled by a capacitive independent touch keypad, with adjustable lighting to suit different environments. The machine supports programmable pre-infusion and an adjustable hot water outlet, directly connected to a water drain for convenience. Accessories included are a single filter holder, two double filter holders, a blank filter basket, and a plumbing tube for water and drain connections.
