The Hobart AM16VL-ADV-2 Ventless Dishwashing Machine Door Type Energy Recovery is a highly efficient and technologically advanced appliance designed for commercial kitchens. This machine features automatic soil removal (ASR) and drain water energy recovery (DWER) to enhance cleaning efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Its high-temperature sanitizing capability ensures superior hygiene standards. Operating at 208-240 volts, 60 hertz, and 3-phase (convertible to single phase), this dishwasher can process up to 40 racks per hour, suitable for high-demand environments. Its versatile installation options allow for straight-thru or corner setups, accommodating various kitchen layouts. The machine boasts user-friendly smart touchscreen controls and Wi-Fi connectivity via the SmartConnect app, providing seamless operation and monitoring. Additional features include Complete Delime™ with notification, Auto Dispensing, Booster Guard™, and Sense-A-Temp™ booster for precise temperature control. Constructed with a stainless steel tank, chamber, trim panels, and frame, the durable design includes an X-shaped wash arm, scrap screen and basket, and door actuated start with a door lock for safety. ENERGY STAR® certified, it offers a pumped drain air gap and drain water tempering for efficient water management. Factory startup is available free within 100 miles of a Hobart Service Office, subject to conditions.
