The Hobart PW20ER-2 Advansys™ Ventless Pot/Pan/Utensil Washer with Energy Recovery is a front-loading machine designed with a split door for easy access. This advanced washer operates at 480v/60/3 and accommodates up to 20 pans, showcasing its impressive capacity. It features over and under rotating arms, providing thorough cleaning with adjustable cycle times of 2, 4, or 6 minutes, and can process up to 13 racks per hour. The washer includes two flat grids, two tray racks, and one flat bottom rack, along with a pre-rinse spray hose for enhanced cleaning efficiency. Its sanitizing capability is facilitated by the Sense-A-Temp™ 70°F booster rise, ensuring effective sanitation. The internal condensing system supports ventless operation, while the Complete Delime™ feature with Delime Notification, Auto Dispensing, and Booster Guard™ enhances maintenance and user convenience. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the washer is cULus and BISSC Certified, NSF listed, and ENERGY STARÂ® rated, emphasizing its compliance with energy efficiency and safety standards.
