Its pan rail can accommodate twelve 1/3 size pans, with pans and adapter bars included, making it ideal for efficiently organizing and accessing ingredients. The table is equipped with two solid hinged doors and two drawers, each capable of holding two 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans, allowing for ample storage of ingredients and supplies. A 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides a durable and hygienic surface for prep work. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior on the front, sides, and top, as well as a stainless steel interior, this prep table ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, driven by a 1/3 horsepower compressor, ensuring efficient cooling performance.
