It features a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system powered by a 1/5 HP motor, utilizing the eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit includes one door and one adjustable shelf, complemented by two drawers and an accommodating top rail equipped with eighteen 1/6 pans, each with a 4-inch depth and a maximum pan depth of 6 inches. Crafted with a robust stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, it ensures durability and hygiene. The 10-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board, along with a full set of adapter bars, enhances its functionality.
