It features a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system, utilizing environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor for efficient cooling. The refrigerator is equipped with three solid hinged doors and three adjustable shelves, ensuring easy access and customizable storage options. It is designed to accommodate (24) 1/6 size pans that are 4 inches deep, with a maximum pan depth of 6 inches on the top rail. A 10-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board is included, complemented by a full set of adapter bars for versatile food preparation. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, this unit is built for durability and easy maintenance.
