It includes two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves, complemented by two drawers, making it suitable for various storage needs in the food service industry. The unit is also supplied with thirty 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, accommodating up to a 6" maximum pan depth in both the drawer and top rail. A 10" deep by 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board enhances its functionality, alongside a full set of adapter bars for customized use.
