Formerly known as Ventura L II, it boasts dimensions of 66-3/5"W x 41-18/25"D x 52-61/100"H, perfectly accommodating up to twelve 12-liter pans. This display case features self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal cooling performance. The heated glass front and sides, along with a hydraulic lift-up front glass, provide clear visibility and easy access to the products. For added functionality, it includes a roll-down rear curtain and an incline display, enhancing product presentation and preservation. The digital diagnostic control, complete with programmable defrosting, allows for precise temperature management. LED lighting enhances visibility, while the removable stainless steel deck ensures easy cleaning. Constructed from high gloss 304 stainless steel back and interior, and adorned with silver anodized trim, this unit is as durable as it is stylish.
