The unit features a self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system that maintains optimal temperatures, supported by an electronic time and temperature controller with digital diagnostic control and programmable defrosting. Its structure includes a tempered double pane heated glass front and sides, with a tilt-back front glass and incline display for enhanced visibility and accessibility. The clear plexiglass top support structure and rear plexiglass sliding doors add to the durability and functionality of the display case. The interior is crafted from 304 stainless steel, complemented by a removable stainless steel deck, ensuring ease of cleaning and maintenance.
