This self-contained unit features an air-cooled refrigeration system, ensuring consistent temperature control for optimal product preservation. The display case accommodates twelve 5-liter pans, providing ample space for diverse flavor offerings. Its tempered double pane heated glass front and sides, along with a tilt-back front glass, enhance visibility while maintaining the interior temperature. The incline display design, complemented by a clear plexiglass top support structure, provides an attractive presentation. At the rear, sliding plexiglass doors allow for easy access, while the electronic time and temperature controller with digital diagnostic control and programmable defrosting ensures efficient operation. Equipped with LED lighting, the display case illuminates the products, enhancing their visual appeal. The removable stainless steel deck, along with a 304 stainless steel back and interior, ensures durability and ease of maintenance. Finished with silver anodized aluminum, the showcase is both elegant and robust.
