The InSinkErator WX-500-7-WX101 WasteXpress® Food Waste Reduction System is engineered to significantly reduce bulk kitchen waste by up to 85%, effectively transforming 10 bags of waste into less than 2 bags. This system is capable of processing up to 700 lbs of waste per hour, converting it into 100% organic waste suitable for composting, or managing a blend of food waste with up to 50% disposables. The WasteXpress system includes a 5 HP WasteXpress grinder with a factory-installed 3" to 2" waste outlet reducer, ensuring efficient waste processing. The NEMA 4X WasteXpress WX101A control panel provides reliable operation control, while the WasteXpress dewatering unit enhances waste reduction by removing excess moisture. Additional components include a #7 collar adaptor for sink integration, a splash baffle, disposer mount, syphon breaker, and a 5GPM flow control valve for optimal performance. A magnetic silver saver and 10-gallon waste bin are also included, along with a 3" to 2" disposer waste outlet reducer fitting and two 24v water solenoids. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the grinder, control panel, and dewatering unit ensure longevity and resilience in demanding kitchen environments. Note that dish tables, plumbing, and electrical connections are not included in the package.
