The Jackson CONSERVER XL-E-LTH Conserver® Dishwasher is a door-type model measuring 30-3/8" in width, 29-1/2" in depth, and 68-1/2" in height, designed for efficiency in commercial kitchens. This dishwasher utilizes low temperature chemical sanitizing with a built-in booster heater, effectively handling approximately 39 racks per hour. It features a 145° rinse water temperature, which, coupled with three selectable timed cycles, offers flexibility for different cleaning needs. The universal design allows for both straight-thru and corner configurations, enhancing its adaptability in various kitchen layouts. The machine is equipped with an electronic timer and three built-in dispensing pumps, ensuring precise chemical usage. A built-in scrap accumulator and removable scrap screen make maintenance straightforward, while the auto-start function and delimer switch add to operational convenience.
