The Jackson DYNASTAR(40-70) DynaStar® Dishwasher is a high-efficiency, door-type unit designed for high-temperature sanitizing with a built-in booster heater, offering a 40-70°F rise. It measures 28-3/4"W x 34"D x 62-1/8"H and can process approximately 62 racks per hour, making it suitable for high-volume commercial kitchens. The Sani-Sure™ final rinse system ensures a thorough sanitization process, while the 17-1/2" clearance accommodates larger items. Key features include automatic tank fill, pumped rinse, and an adjustable rinse system with Econo and Turbo modes. The unit offers (3) timed cycles and a digital LED display for easy operation. Additional functions include a delime cycle, vent fan control, and onboard digital diagnostics. The dishwasher is equipped with a triple wash arm and a powerful 1 hp stainless steel wash pump motor. Interchangeable scrap baskets and an electric tank heater enhance its versatility. Its universal design allows for both straight-thru and corner installation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, the DYNASTAR is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and ENERGY STAR® rated, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with sanitation standards. Note that a dishtable is not included with the unit.
