The Jackson DYNASTAR HH-E DynaStar® Dishwasher - Door Type Tall Chamber is a high-performance dishwashing solution designed to meet the needs of various commercial kitchens. This energy-efficient dishwasher features a high-temperature sanitizing system complete with a built-in booster heater offering a temperature rise between 40-70°F. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 30"D x 71-1/2"H, it efficiently processes approximately 62 racks per hour, making it suitable for high-volume operations. The unit boasts a Sani-Sure™ final rinse system and a spacious 27" chamber clearance, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitization. Its automatic tank fill and pumped rinse capabilities, along with an adjustable rinse system offering Econo and Turbo options, provide flexibility and efficiency. Equipped with three timed cycles, a digital LED display, and a delime cycle, the dishwasher ensures ease of use and maintenance. Further enhancing its functionality are features such as vent fan control, onboard service diagnostics, and a triple wash arm system powered by a robust 2 horsepower stainless steel wash pump motor. The interchangeable scrap baskets and electric tank heater contribute to its versatility. With a universal design accommodating both straight-thru and corner setups, and a durable stainless steel exterior, this ENERGY STAR® certified model meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
