The Jackson DYNASTAR VENTLESS (VER) DynaStar® Dishwasher Door Type Ventless is an advanced, high-temperature dishwasher, designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens. With a compact size of 29-1/4" W x 34-1/2" D x 62-3/8" H, this unit is capable of processing approximately 40 racks per hour, making it ideal for high-volume establishments. The dishwasher features a Sani-Sure™ final rinse system ensuring optimal sanitation, and a pumped rinse system with adjustable Econo and Turbo modes for flexibility. It includes a 17-1/2" clearance, accommodating a variety of dish sizes, and offers automatic tank fill for convenience. The DynaStar® dishwasher boasts a triple wash arm and interchangeable scrap baskets, powered by a robust 1 hp stainless steel wash pump motor. A digital LED display provides easy monitoring of the three timed cycles and delime cycle, while onboard digital diagnostics facilitate maintenance. The energy-efficient two-pass energy recovery system enhances performance, while the door interlock ensures safety during operation. This universal (straight-thru/corner) type unit features a durable stainless steel exterior and an electric tank heater, although the dishtable is not included. The dishwasher is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
