The Jackson RACKSTAR 66CE ENERGY RECOVERY RackStar® 66 Dishwasher Conveyor Type is a high-performance dishwashing solution designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. This conveyor-type dishwasher utilizes high-temperature sanitizing with an innovative Energy Recovery system, powered by an electric tank heat and a 27.0 kW 70° booster heater. The unit features a single tank design, complemented by a 22" pre-wash section, enabling it to process approximately 223 racks per hour with a minimal water consumption of 0.35 gallons per rack. Its fully automatic operation includes an auto-fill function and provides a 19-3/4" clearance to accommodate various dish sizes. The dishwasher's digital temperature readout ensures precise monitoring, while its double-wall insulated doors enhance energy efficiency. The EnergyGuard™ controls permit customizable operation modes, and the Dual Rainbow Rinse™ offers two settings: Econo (0.35 gpr) and Turbo (0.51 gpr), adapting to different washing needs. Additional features include a vent cowl collar with an adjustable damper, a vent fan control, and a strike plate table limit switch. Engineered with splash shields and constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit stands on adjustable bullet feet. It is driven by a 3 HP pump and a 1/4 HP conveyor motor, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
