    ⚠️ Unexpected Chemical Warning Label — Not Worth the Risk or Cost

    I purchased this small sheet pan for $60 from a restaurant supply company expecting high quality and professional-grade safety. When it arrived, I was shocked to find a large chemical warning label listing dozens of toxic substances — including formaldehyde, BPA, chromium, and vinyl chloride — none of which were disclosed at the time of purchase. I cannot recommend this product or seller. If you care about what touches your food, avoid this one and look for transparent, food-safe brands like USA Pan. This type of warning usually indicates possible Prop 65 or hazardous materials exposure, which is unacceptable for a product used in food preparation.

    For comparison, I purchased a USA Pan brand baking sheet on Amazon for $19, which is heavier-gauge, made in the USA, and free of these chemical warnings. Unfair return policy (shipping + 25% restocking fee

Larger and long-established brands like Vollrath / JB Prince are required to be especially thorough in these disclosures, while some private-label or dropship brands found on marketplaces like Amazon may not list them as transparently, even if their materials fall under the same regulations.
