The unit is equipped with two self-elevating dish dispensing tubes, accommodating plates ranging from 5-7/8 inches to 6-1/2 inches in diameter, making it adaptable for different service needs. Additionally, two stainless steel heat retaining covers are included to maintain optimal plate temperature. The cabinet's mobility is enhanced by 4-inch Lake-Glide™ swivel casters, two of which come with brakes for secure positioning.
