Constructed from welded double-wall stainless steel, the cabinet promises durability and long-lasting performance. It is equipped with two self-elevating dish dispensing tubes that accommodate plate sizes ranging from 8-1/4 to 9-1/8 inches, catering to various dining needs. The unit includes two stainless steel heat retaining covers, which enhance its heat preservation capabilities. For mobility, the cabinet is fitted with 4-inch Lake-Glide™ swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Corner bumpers provide additional protection during movement. With a 7-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, the dispenser operates at 750 watts, 6.5 amps, and 120 volts/60/1-phase.
