Its easyTouch display offers 13 language options and features a date/time stamp display, automatic reminders/alert icons, and one-touch asset information. The unit automatically detects accessories and displays continuous operating status. It includes programmable production options for time, weight, and day or night settings. Cleaning is simplified with one-touch instructions displayed on the screen. The unit incorporates Alpha-San anti-microbial protection and an acoustical ice sensing probe, along with self-diagnostic technology.
