It is designed with an air-cooled, self-contained unit that can produce up to 219 pounds of ice every 24 hours at optimal temperatures of 70°F/50°F, with an AHRI certified production of 160 pounds at 90°F/70°F. This ice maker provides a storage capacity of 90 pounds, making it suitable for varied commercial environments. Equipped with electronic controls and full bin and service indicators, it offers convenient operation and maintenance, with a production delay option of 4, 12, or 24 hours. The Manitowoc UYP0240A features Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, ensuring hygienic ice production. Its forward sliding storage bin allows easy access to refrigeration components, and the sealed foodzone includes a removable water trough, distribution tube, and damper door for efficient cleaning. The machine produces half-dice size cubes and stands on 6-inch adjustable legs with flanged feet painted in gray.
