The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy maintenance and temperature control, reaching up to 190°F. Equipped with universal wire slides, adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, it accommodates a variety of pan sizes: (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2".
