Featuring Gray Insulation Armour™, this mobile, under-counter unit ensures energy efficiency and temperature stability. The cabinet is equipped with a clear polycarbonate door for visibility and a removable bottom mount control module for easy maintenance. Its thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F, catering to a variety of hot holding applications. The interior is versatile, with universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1-1/2-inch increments, accommodating (5) 18" x 26" pans or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it adaptable for different storage needs. With 3-inch casters, two of which have brakes, the cabinet offers mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 1400 watts and 12 amps, compatible with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
