The Metro C533-MFC-L-GYA C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a versatile and robust appliance designed for professional food service environments. This mobile, under-counter cabinet is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The unit features a clear polycarbonate door, allowing easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature integrity. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module, offering precise temperature control with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. With a capacity to hold (10) 18" x 26" pans, and lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, it provides ample space for food storage and proofing needs. The cabinet's structure is supported by 3" casters, two of which include brakes for secure placement and mobility. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph and 2000 watts with a NEMA 5-20P plug, the cabinet consumes 16.7 amps, ensuring efficient energy use.
