The cabinet's Grey Insulation Armour™ provides superior thermal retention, ensuring energy efficiency and consistent heat distribution. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it features a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F, catering to diverse culinary requirements. The universal wire slides, adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodate up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, demonstrating its substantial storage capacity.
