This mobile, half-height unit features an insulated cabinet and door, which effectively maintains temperatures up to 200°F. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for convenient maintenance and adjustments. The cabinet accommodates either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, thanks to its fixed wire slides positioned on 3-inch centers. The inclusion of 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, ensures easy mobility and stability. This unit is constructed from durable aluminum and operates on 120 volts, 60 Hz, and a single-phase power supply, drawing 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-20P plug, meeting cULus and NSF standards, which certify its compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
