It features a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5-inch casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 phase with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
