Its clear polycarbonate door allows for easy monitoring of contents while the removable bottom mount control module offers convenience and flexibility in operation. The cabinet includes a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F, paired with moisture control capabilities to ensure optimal food conditions. With a robust capacity for holding seventeen 18" x 26" pans, it provides ample space for high-volume operations.
