The Metro C537-CFC-L-BU C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™ is a versatile and durable solution for the foodservice industry, designed to cater to the needs of commercial kitchens, bakeries, and catering services. This mobile cabinet, with its 3/4 height design, is crafted from robust aluminum and is equipped with a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It features a removable bottom mount control module, enabling easy maintenance and flexibility. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring optimal temperature control for various food holding and proofing requirements. The cabinet contains lip load slides placed on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to 27 pans measuring 18" x 26". Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two of them equipped with brakes for stability. The unit operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical supply, delivering 2000 watts of power and drawing 16.7 amps, using a NEMA 5-20P plug. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, signifying its adherence to rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
