The Metro C537-CFS-U-BU C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™ is a versatile 3/4 height mobile unit designed for optimal thermal efficiency and functionality in foodservice operations. The cabinet features robust insulation on both the cabinet and door, ensuring consistent temperature maintenance, adjustable via a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this cabinet is user-friendly and allows for convenient maintenance. The universal wire slides, adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodate a substantial capacity of either fourteen 18" x 26" pans or twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Ensuring mobility and stability, the unit is fitted with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes.
