This mobile cabinet features a 3/4 height design, offering ample storage space with a capacity to hold either fourteen 18" x 26" pans or twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Its insulated cabinet and door ensure optimal temperature retention, while the removable bottom mount control module includes a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments for customization according to specific storage needs. The Blue Insulation Armour™ not only provides energy efficiency but also adds durability to withstand the demands of busy kitchens. The unit is easily maneuverable, thanks to its 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for secure placement.
