Featuring Blue Insulation Armour™, this mobile cabinet stands at a 3/4 height, ensuring both energy efficiency and mobility. It includes an insulated, clear polycarbonate door that allows easy visual monitoring of contents. The unit's removable bottom mount control module enables precise temperature control with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. Designed to accommodate a variety of pan sizes, it offers fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, holding 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet is equipped with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring stability and easy movement within any workspace. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 1440 watts and 12 amps, and features a NEMA 5-15P plug.
