The Metro C537-CLFC-U-BUA C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet-Lower Wattage is a versatile and efficient unit designed for optimal food holding and proofing. Equipped with Blue Insulation Armour™, this mobile 3/4 height cabinet provides excellent thermal retention. The cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door, allowing for easy visibility while maintaining insulation. Its removable bottom mount control module and thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F offer precise temperature control. The interior is equipped with universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, adjustable on 1 1/2-inch increments, accommodating either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it adaptable for various operational needs. The unit is mounted on 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, enabling easy mobility while ensuring stability when stationary.
