The Metro C537-CLFS-U-GY C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is an efficient solution designed for professional kitchens requiring reliable and flexible temperature control. This lower wattage unit, equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™, ensures both thermal efficiency and durability. The cabinet is mobile and features a 3/4 height design, providing optimal space utilization within compact environments. With an insulated cabinet and door, this model includes a removable bottom mount control module, offering easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. Inside, the universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to fourteen 18" x 26" pans or twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. This unit’s mobility is enhanced by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum and operating at 120 volts with a single-phase power requirement, it consumes 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet’s electrical compatibility is ensured by a NEMA 5-15P plug.
