The Metro C537-HFS-U-BUA C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet With Blue Insulation Armour™ is a versatile solution designed for foodservice operations requiring efficient heat retention and mobility. This 3/4 height mobile heated holding cabinet features an insulated cabinet and door, ensuring optimal temperature control up to 200°F with its precise thermostat. The inclusion of Blue Insulation Armour™ enhances thermal efficiency, making it suitable for maintaining hot food items over extended periods. Its removable bottom mount control module adds convenience for maintenance and cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in increments of 1 1/2", accommodating either 14 pans of 18" x 26" or 26 pans of 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" size. Facilitating easy maneuverability, the unit comes with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure placement.
