Featuring an insulated cabinet and door, it provides superior thermal retention, crucial for maintaining food quality. The removable bottom mount control module includes a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F, giving precise temperature control for different food types. Its universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to fourteen 18" x 26" pans or twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it adaptable for various storage needs.
