The Metro C537-HLFC-UA C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a versatile and efficient solution for maintaining optimal food temperatures in a variety of professional settings. This mobile cabinet features a lower wattage design and is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™, which enhances energy efficiency and heat retention. Standing at 3/4 height, it is crafted from durable aluminum and includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The cabinet's removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward maintenance and operation, with an adjustable thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F. Inside, universal wire slides are spaced on 3-inch centers and can be adjusted in 1-1/2 inch increments, accommodating up to fourteen 18" x 26" pans or twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. For mobility, it is fitted with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and a current of 12 amps, this cabinet is designed with a NEMA 5-15P plug, ensuring compatibility with standard electrical outlets.
