The Metro C537-MFS-4-GY C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet with Grey Insulation Armour™ is a versatile solution for industries requiring precise temperature and moisture control. This mobile, 3/4 height cabinet is designed with a robust insulated cabinet and door, ensuring efficient thermal retention. It features a removable bottom mount control module, allowing easy access for maintenance and adjustment. With a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F, the cabinet offers precise temperature control, complemented by its moisture control feature. The fixed wire slides on 3" centers accommodate a generous capacity of either fourteen 18" x 26" pans or twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it suitable for varying storage needs. The unit is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, ensuring stability and mobility. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on a 120v/60/1 ph power supply with a total output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, using a NEMA 5-20P plug.
