The Metro C537-MFS-U-GYA C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a versatile solution for foodservice operations requiring precise temperature and moisture control. This mobile, 3/4 height cabinet is designed with Grey Insulation Armour™, providing superior thermal efficiency. It features a robust thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F, allowing for optimal holding and proofing conditions. With a removable bottom mount control module, maintenance and adjustments are streamlined. The cabinet's universal wire slides can accommodate either 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", making it adaptable to various catering needs. The slides are adjustable in 1-1/2" increments on 3" centers, providing flexibility in pan arrangement. Equipped with 5" casters, including two with brakes, the cabinet is easily maneuverable across kitchen environments. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug for electrical compatibility.
