This cabinet is equipped with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature control. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it adaptable to various food storage needs. With 5" casters, two of which have brakes, the unit ensures mobility and stability.
